Gold Fox · Guide

Portfolio Quickstart

Everything you need to run the Gold Fox portfolio dashboard on foxxone.one: how to get in, how to read what you see, how to add cost basis for tokens you received off-DEX, how to track LP positions, and how to pull a tax CSV when the year is up. Nine annotated sections. Each panel below shows a section of the real dashboard with numbered callouts pointing at the controls the text is describing.

Two paths in: Gold Fox staking tier (20,000 FOXXEY staked — full ecosystem access), or 42 Pass (6 42/month or 60 42/year — portfolio product only). Comparison in section 1.

1. Getting in

Two paths in, then the same three steps. Compare what each path unlocks, then head to Telegram for the one-time link.

🦊 Gold Fox tier Full ecosystem access

20,000 FOXXEY staked on the Infinite Improbability Drive

One-time capital commitment. Never expires while staked. Unlocks the portfolio product and every other perk in the FOXXEY ecosystem.

  • Portfolio dashboard, DM alerts, tax CSV export
  • 🐋 Whale DM alerts on trades above the global threshold
  • 📈 Instant DM launch alerts (before Silver / Fox tiers)
  • 🗳️ 4 governance votes on every proposal
  • 📝 Proposal submission rights (Gold Fox only)
  • 💰 60% share of any BTC block lottery payout
  • 🎙️ Access to the private staker Telegram channel
  • + every Fox and Silver Fox perk automatically
🎫 42 Pass Portfolio product only

6 42/month or 60 42/year (2 months free)

Time-limited subscription. Pay in native 42 through the immutable payment router; it splits 70 / 30 into operator and FOXXEY LP-seed wallets — during Phase 1 bootstrap both slices currently accumulate in the LP-seed wallet (Ecosystem Revenue Flows). Renew mid-pass to extend, no lock-in.

  • Portfolio dashboard, DM alerts, tax CSV export

That's the whole scope. Whale alerts, launch DMs, governance, BTC lottery share, and staker channel access are not included — those stay Gold Fox benefits. The Pass is a product subscription, not a tier.

Open the Pass modal →

Both paths land in the same dashboard. Once you qualify, follow the three steps below to get your one-time link. The token lives only in your browser tab and expires in 60 minutes — refresh keeps you in, closing the tab wipes it.

1Open @FoxxGate_bot on Telegram.
2Send /portfolio_web in DM. The bot replies with a one-time link valid for 60 minutes.
3Click the link. The token lives in your browser tab only.
  1. Confirm you qualify. You're staking 20K FOXXEY, or you've bought a 42 Pass, or a FoxxOne admin has granted you access.
  2. DM /portfolio_web to @FoxxGate_bot. The bot mints a signed link. Don't share it; anyone with the link can read your dashboard until it expires.
  3. Click the link within 60 minutes. The token is stored in your tab's session storage, not a cookie. Closing the tab wipes it; refresh keeps you in.

Session expired? Just DM /portfolio_web again — always fresh.

2. Dashboard tour

Once you're in, the top of the page gives you total value, unrealized PNL, the wallet picker, and the session controls. Everything below scrolls: positions, income events, and warnings.

  1. Session timer. Flips to "Session expired" at zero — DM /portfolio_web to get a fresh link.
  2. Refresh. The page polls every 60 seconds; hit Refresh for an instant re-scan.
  3. Tax CSV. Appears once you have any realized sales or logged income events. Downloads sold positions and income rows as a CSV (see section 9).
  4. Totals. Total Value + Unrealized PNL update on every poll. Green = up, red = down. Two additional cards — Realized PNL (profit or loss from closed sales) and Total PNL (unrealized + realized combined) — appear as soon as you have any realized activity. Pure holders keep the tidy two-card layout.
  5. Wallet picker. Click to see per-wallet views (next section).
  6. Data freshness. How long since the last successful poll.

3. Switching wallets with the picker

Multi-wallet users see all their linked wallets in one dropdown. Aggregate is the default; scoping to a single wallet filters positions, income events, and the tax CSV to just that wallet. Excluded wallets are still clickable so you can add cost basis to tokens sitting there.

  1. All wallets. Everything summed across every linked, non-excluded wallet. This is where the untracked-balance pill (section 7) lives.
  2. Primary. The wallet you originally verified with /verify. Auto-selected on first visit if you have nothing else picked.
  3. Excluded. Wallets you've marked out of the aggregate (deployer, LP, burner). Click to scope in and see their positions or log income events; they still don't count towards the All-wallets math.

Selection persists in the URL (?wallet=…), so refresh and bookmarks keep the same scope.

4. Reading a position card

Each token in your portfolio gets a card showing holdings, avg cost, current price, value, unrealized PNL, and the income events you've logged for it. Every card links out to the DEX and the block explorer so you can trade or verify balances without leaving.

  1. Cost-basis badge. SWAPS = derived from your on-chain DEX history (the bot has full trades). MANUAL = your logged income events drive the cost basis. NO BASIS = something's off (should be rare after logging at least one event).
  2. Metrics. Holdings comes from the chain. Avg cost is what you paid per token (weighted). Value is holdings × current price.
  3. Trade / Chart / Explorer. Trade opens the DontPanic swap page pre-loaded with the token. Chart opens the DEX pair. Explorer opens the Infinite Drive block explorer at the token's address.
  4. Log income / events. The primary CTA for any token that arrived off-DEX (validator rewards, airdrops, gifts). Opens the income-event modal pre-filled with this token. The ▸ N events button toggles a filtered list of dated events for this specific token; see section 5 for the full flow.

5. Logging income events

Some tokens arrive without a DEX trade — validator rewards, airdrops, dev support, bridged tokens, IBC transfers, direct sends. The bot can't guess their cost basis or income date, so you log them yourself. Each income event is a dated, per-wallet record of how many tokens arrived and their fair market value at time of receipt; the FIFO layer picks them up automatically for PNL, and the tax CSV lists them as income rows in your annual export.

Log 42 income ×

Log a dated income event for 42 — validator rewards, airdrops, IBC transfers, or any inflow the on-chain scraper doesn't see. The FIFO compute pushes it as a tracked lot at the declared FMV.

  1. Wallet. Every event is scoped to one linked wallet. Pre-selected to whatever wallet the picker is currently on; the dropdown lists every linked wallet including excluded ones (deployer, LP) so you can log events there too.
  2. Quantity. Token amount that arrived in this specific event. For validator rewards received throughout a day, one event per day is the sensible unit; the bot's activity view can help you cross-check daily amounts.
  3. FMV total USD. Total fair-market-value in dollars at time of receipt, not per-token. Free-basis inflows (rewards you'd class as free) use $0; income at real market value uses whatever the token was worth on that date.
  4. Date received. Required — this is what makes an income event different from a raw manual entry. Defaults to today; switch to the actual receipt date for backfill. Serialized as YYYY-MM-DD so timezone can't skew your tax year.
  5. Kind + Source. Both optional. Kind is a short category (validator, airdrop, gift, bridge, ibc, staking, dev support) that surfaces on the row and helps the tax CSV categorize. Source is a free-text label for extra colour ("July validator payout", "Grant tranche 2", etc.).

Events save immediately and appear both under the position card (in the ▸ N events list) and in the global Income Events section below LP positions. Per-event delete lives on each row; there is no per-event edit — delete and re-log if you need to change something.

The global Income Events section

Below Liquidity Positions, a chronological list surfaces every event across every linked wallet (respecting the wallet picker — scope to one wallet and only that wallet's events appear). Newest first. Starts capped at 10 events to keep the page tidy for anyone restaking daily; a Show last 25 button expands to 25, then Load 25 older pages the backend for the next chunk until you've reached the full history. Everything paginates — you'll never lose access to older events, they're just not all rendered at once.

Prefer the raw data? DM /portfolio_json to @FoxxGate_bot and the bot replies with the full JSON export of every income event — useful for spreadsheets, archiving, or feeding into external tax tools.

6. Tracking LP positions

If any of your linked wallets hold LP tokens on Don't Panic Finance, a "Liquidity Positions" section appears below Positions. Each LP token pair (per wallet) becomes its own card, showing what's in the pool right now and how much it's worth. The section is hidden entirely when you have no LP holdings, so most users won't see it.

  1. Pair header. Shows token0 / token1 (e.g. 42 / DONT) with the LP token symbol below (e.g. NUTRI-V2) and a wallet chip identifying which linked wallet is holding it. The same pool held by two of your wallets renders as two separate cards.
  2. Metrics row. Share of pool (percentage of total LP supply), LP tokens held, and total value in USD.
  3. Composition. Two rows — one per side of the pool — showing token amount and current USD value. Sums to the total value above.
  4. PNL row OR "Add cost basis" CTA. If you've declared what you invested into this pool, the card shows unrealized PNL and % just like a regular position. If not, the CTA prompts you to add cost basis so the LP counts in your aggregate PNL%.
  5. Explorer / Manage on DEX. Explorer opens the pair contract on Infinite Drive scan. Manage on DEX deep-links to the Don't Panic Finance pool page for add/remove liquidity.

Adding cost basis for an LP

Click + Add cost basis on the LP card. The form asks for one number: the total USD you invested when adding liquidity. Free-basis LPs (e.g. built from validator rewards you already tracked as $0-cost) can stay at $0 — that shows as 100% unrealized PNL, correctly reflecting that all current value is gain.

Cost basis is per (wallet, pair). If you later move LP tokens from one linked wallet to another, the basis doesn't follow — you'd need to re-declare on the destination card. The pool contract itself is stateless from FoxxOne's perspective; we track your position per wallet.

How LPs affect aggregate PNL%

Only declared cost basis counts toward the ROI denominator. LP positions where you haven't clicked "+ Add cost basis" don't inflate the denominator — the aggregate % reflects only what you've declared basis for. If you have $500 in undeclared LPs and $150 in real cost basis on regular positions, your header shows the return on that $150 without dilution. Declare the LP basis and it joins the calculation.

7. Fixing untracked balances

If a token lands in your wallet without a DEX trade, the aggregate view flags it. Each untracked token gets its own pill so you can see exactly which cards need attention — not just a summed number. Warnings ignore true dust: untracked amounts worth less than $0.10 USD don't trigger the yellow banner or the per-position pill, so rounding remainders from partial validator payouts stay out of your way. Anything worth logging clears that threshold immediately.

⚠️
Some tokens have no cost basis.

Click a pill above to open the wallet picker, then step through your wallets — the one holding the untracked balance will show a matching warning on its position card.

  1. Per-token breakdown. Each affected token gets its own pill so a small 42 gap doesn't get lost in a 12.35M FOXXEY sum. Numbers use tabular digits so they align cleanly if there are several.
  2. Click a pill to act. In aggregate view, the pill opens the wallet picker so you can step through your wallets — the one holding the untracked balance shows a matching warning on its position card. In a scoped view, the pill scrolls to the affected card so you can hit "+ Log income" directly.

8. Portfolio alerts (Telegram DM)

Alerts are configured in the bot, not on the website. The bot pings you when any position's PNL moves ±10 percentage points (configurable) — with one-tap Buy / Sell buttons that open the DEX pre-configured for the trade.

Quick-start commands — DM @FoxxGate_bot:

The bot checks positions every 5 minutes and only DMs when a threshold is actually crossed since the last alert. Quiet markets = quiet DMs. Stables never fire.

9. Tax CSV export

The ⬇ Tax CSV button in the session controls downloads every realized DEX sale and every logged income event as a spreadsheet — paste-ready for Koinly, CoinTracker, or your accountant. The button appears as soon as you have either a realized sale or at least one income event logged; pure holders with no rewards see it once they log their first event.

Date Symbol Qty Price Cost basis Proceeds Realized PNL
2026-02-18 42 250.00 $0.47 $31.90 $117.50 +$85.60
2026-05-09 DONT 180,000 $0.000244 $29.92 $43.92 +$14.00

Nine columns total: Date, TxHash, TokenAddress, Symbol, Quantity, PricePerUnitUSD, CostBasisUSD, ProceedsUSD, RealizedPnLUSD. One row per sale, oldest first. If you have the wallet picker set to a specific wallet when you click Tax CSV, the download is scoped to just that wallet — filename includes the wallet label.
